Hello together,
im sorry but i can not speach czech, i hope that is ok.
Im Johannes and a Chilihead from Germany.
Im looking for a special czech paprika/pepper for a friend of mine.
My friend lived in tschechoslovakia in sowjet times and this pepper was very common and widely used. He doesnt know if this pepper is also common today.
Chaaracteristics of the pepper:
- Size ca. as a fist
- wrinkled and possible more round than elongated
- no- or nearly no heat
- thin flesh and wall
This pepper is harvested green and have normally some parts that begin to get red or yellow.
It is normally used too cook and gets a very nice texture by this (soft skin and flesh).
It would be very nice, if somebody could tell me what pepper that is.
